Subscriptions

To access ELAN Center, you must have valid subscriptions that cover the usage you are having.

Usage is base on:

  • agent count:
    The number of agents you manage across your account and Sub-Accounts.
  • device count:
    The number of devices you manage across your account and Sub-Accounts. The same device present in different accounts will be counted several times.
  • history count:
    The number of history entries you manage across your account and Sub-Accounts.

The Subscriptions section will recap your current usage and give an estimation when you will run out of subscriptions.

You can Assign spare subscription manually or they will automatically be assigned when needed (when registering an agent, …)

In the Purchase tab, you can purchase subscriptions.

Note

Subscriptions are assigned as a whole: that means that is you have a subscription for 10 agents, once you assign that subscription, you will have 10 more agents, even if you use less. If you want to be able to assign subscriptions agent by agent, purchase N subscriptions for 1 agent.

Warning

When your assigned subscriptions do not cover your usage, you will have very limited access to the ELAN center, you will only be able:

  • to purchase and assign subscriptions
  • merge or delete devices if you want to reduce you number of devices. Note that if you delete a device, it may be recreated straight away if it is still online.
  • set History Expiration Rules if you want to reduce your history usage.
  • set sub-accounts limits.
